Hercules goes Pirates of the Caribbean with this new take on the legend.
There’s loads of fantasy violence – but nothing too extreme. The language is a bit ‘fruity’ at times but if your Kidz watch movies like Guardians of the Galaxy or Ironman it’s of the same level and most during action scenes so Kidz ignore what’s being said. Both Hag and Con watched Hercules – and really enjoyed it. Cracking fun!!!!
3D Blu-Ray Review –
Not only does this film remind me of a Pirates of the Caribbean movie – the 3D is very similar in quality to the last Pirates 3D Blu-Ray. Packed with action – if there’s a sword or an arrow in use (of which there are many) it appears from the screen. I loved seeing this film in 3D at the cinema and the same quality of 3D FX have transferred perfectly to to the small screen. A must own for the 3D Blu-Ray collection.
Stand Out 3D moments – The opening story of Hercules verses the beasts, battle with the tattooed men, finale battle against the army (No Spoiler) and Hercules and the statue.
