This is a really lovely Festive short film for young Kidz based around the birth of Baby Jesus. Being a religious family we’ll always embrace a piece of film making like this. Alas films like these made for a commercial market are a rarity these days – which is such a shame as (religious or not) its why we celebrate Christmas. kidz age 2 to 8 years old will love ‘On Angel Wings’!!!

What is the first Christmas present you remember getting and why did you like it? Hag age 11
The first present I remember is a train set, already laid out on the floor at my Grandfather’s house. It meant I was able to play with my Father and Grandfather together.
Is it going to snow this Christmas? Bex age 4
I always have a small part of me hoping it will snow – as long as everyone has made it home in time for Christmas!
In the Snowman – when the boy went to the North Pole to meet Father Christmas, which snowman was your favourite and why? Hag age 11
The Scottish snowman – I never thought I would see a snowman wearing a kilt!
What is your favourite part of Christmas and why? Con age 8
When the family comes together on Christmas Eve to mark the start of the holiday period with a nice cup of tea and homemade Christmas cake!
When it snows this year and we make a snowman what should we call him and why? Con age 8
I think the best names are always those thought of by kids – I remember naming one Snowball.
What was it like working with David Bowie on The Snowman? Hag age 11 (David Bowie Stars in The Snowman)
Fabulous – he was kind, considerate and very easy to chat with – a true talented professional.
How would you feel if you was the first person to see the baby Jesus and what gift would you give him? Con age 8
That is a good question and tricky to answer! I would feel a sense of wonder and delight! For a gift, I don’t think I could do better than the three wise men so would choose frankincense due to its lovely smell.
