WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MUPPET MOVIE AND WHY? (Hag age 7)
KERMIT: I like them all, but I guess my all-time favourite is “The Muppet Movie” cause it tells the story of how we first met each other and came to Hollywood. That’s a special story, and it was fun to tell.
MISS PIGGY: I adored our new movie “The Muppets”! Why? Because it’s Moi’s most recent and as a star, one always makes sure to mention their most recent work!
GONZO: We made movies!? Why am I always the last to know about this?
FOZZIE: Well, it does explain all those cameras following us around.
WHAT DO FLY’S TASTE LIKE? (Con age 5)
KERMIT: Flies taste a lot like mosquitoes, which taste exactly like dragonflies, but not as sour. Unless you’re talking about fruit flies, which have more of a citrus-y bouquet. It’s all an acquired taste….unless you’re a frog.
DID YOU THINK THE MUPPETS WOULD BE SO BIG? (Hag age 7)
FOZZIE: I did not. I thought we’d just get on a bus and drive around putting on shows wherever we could find an audience, but here we are making movies and television shows. It’s amazing what you can do with a dream, some old jokes, a bus that gets good mileage and an audience that doesn’t run away.
WHY ARE YOUR FAMILY CHICKENS? (Con age 5)
GONZO: I love chickens! I mean, everyone loves chickens, unless their weird….Wait a second, I’m weird and I love chickens, so that means everyoneloves chickens. And who wouldn’t want to be part of a family that everyone loves. It’s kinda like being royalty, but without the cool crowns.
HOW HAS YOUR RELATIONSHIP BEEN SINCE THE NEW MOVIE? (Hag age 7)
KERMIT: It’s the same as it’s always been.
PIGGY: Yes, perfect and fabulously romantic. We are inseparable and will be together forever and ever.
KERMIT: That’s not exactly what I meant.
PIGGY: Oh yes it is.
WHY DO YOU HAVE A GANG? (Con age 5)
KERMIT: Well, we’re a “gang” in that there’s a whole bunch of us and we’re not really related to each other, except that we all like to sing and dance and make people laugh. I think that’s true whenever people (or frogs, bears, pigs and whatever) get together. You could also call us a “team,” a “group,” a “gaggle,” a “menagerie,” a “clan,” a “bevy,” a “bunch,” a “cohort,” a “posse”…..etc.
DO YOU THINK YOU’RE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PIG IN THE WORLD? (Hag age 7)
PIGGY: Yes! I am also the most beautiful movie star in the world, the most beautiful diva in the world, the most beautiful singer in the world…..Vous get the idea.
