A Wrinkle in Time review by Harrison and Con

I always like to start with a positive and the positive is that ‘A Wrinkle in Time’ has a very cool and talented young cast. They are just marvellous throughout the movie. With the actual film itself – Harrison and Con enjoyed it but said they wouldn’t recommend it to their friends. Harrison went further to say he felt it was far more directed at young girls and very few of his male friends would enjoy the movie. The reality is fans of the book will want to see the cinematic version of the story – but outside of that fan base I’m not too certain who else will. ‘A Wrinkle in Time’ is basically ‘Never Ending Story’ but if it was directed by David Lynch and kidz that have a short attention span will get bored very quickly. I’m really pleased I didn’t take Bex to the screening as she would have really struggled with the pace. Con’s read the book and liked it – so I’m looking forward to seeing the blog posts from fans of the book when its finally released.
