Kidz have craved more from Gru, his adorable family and those hysterical minions and its finally here!!
What I like best about this franchise is the underlining story about ‘Family’ being ‘Family’ – no matter the structure. Its a cracking message to send out to this generation of Kidz and Gru’s a wonderful father – played very well by the Legend that is Steve Carell.
Despicable Me 2 is a brilliant sequel and the whole family will love the movie from start to finish. Also – there’s more Minion action than the first making this a much funnier film. Minions ROCK!!! (Next up – The Minion Movie. Really cant wait for this)
3D Blu-Ray Review:
The first Despicable Me still stands as one of the best 3D Blu-rays ever available with the sequel offering the same high quality. This is one massive 3D caper with opjects constantly thrown from the screen – Gru’s nose the most regular visual effects. You can’t get a better 3D Blu-Ray than Despicable Me 2!!!
Stand out 3D moments: Under water car, Minion Party (Party Whistles, Golf clubs etc), Ice cream van sucking in minions, Bad Minion breaking through a window, Gru slow motion firing at the bad minions.
