They’ve done it again – The Good Dinosaur is everything you would expect from a Pixar movie. Cute, Sad, Funny, Exciting and pushing the boundaries of what we expect from an animated movie. Bex did not move throughout the whole film. Highly Recommended!!!
3D Blu-Ray Review:
This is such a beautifully animated movie with some incredible landscape shots – its hard to believe the movies CGI and not CGI characters with filmed backdrops. In 3D The Good Dinosaur is further enhanced and truly brought to life. The 3D FX are mainly used to glorify the backdrops although there are plenty of beaks and creatures popping out of the screen.
Stand out 3D moment – the opening sequence with the asteroid, the two Fire flies scenes, Moles popping out of holes, Arlo and Spot eating the Hallucinogenic berries, Arlo and Spot running through the flying birds, The sun in the clouds (My favorite 3D moment) and ‘shark fins’ in the clouds.
