Jaws 2, 3 and The Revenge – Jaws 3 (2D/3D) review by Hag
Out now on DVD, Blu-Ray and 3D Blu-Ray (12) 5 Stars
Parent View:
I loved this film so much when I went to see it in 3D at the cinema as a kid. At the time I didn’t quite notice it was an advert for Seaworld – but then again back then SeaWorld wasn’t so frowned upon as it is today. Hag really loves the Jaws movies and its great to finally own the original 3D version of the third movie in this Jaws box set. A must own for Jaws fans!!!
3D Blu-Ray review:
The 3D for this movie is actually pretty good considering its ungraded from the original 3D projection. At times its a bit blurry and there is some ghosting – but when the 3D FX are good, they’re really good. Any thing that can jump out of the screen does with great impact. If you went to see this movie at the cinema in 3D as a kid – you have to own the 3D Blu-Ray. A must own for the 3D Blu-Ray collection.
Stand Out 3D moments – Under water opening sequence, Dolphins jumping in Seaworld, Submarine in lagoon, Shark attack on Ski jumpers and doughnut boats, Tourists entering the underwater kingdom, Shark attacking control centre and finale with Shark (No Spoilers).
