LEGO: Monster Fighters – Ghost Train

Review by Arthur

Arthur says:
This is quite a complicated play-set to put together on your own when you are only six. Luckiuly my daddy helped me. I did pretty good though on my own. I was so excited to play with the plane that I asked Daddy to help me, so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. I love the plasma tubes and the two Monster Hunter heroes are awesome. Especially the lady with stake in her hair! The plane also shoots missiles. But if you think this is cool wait until you see the ghost train.

I love the three ghost that come with this set. They are spooky and funny. The ghosts are baddies, so I gave them guns to fight the Monster Hunters. And they glow in the dark! Awesome!

I loved helping Arthur put this together. It is a little bit difficult for an 6 year old to put together on their own, but it’s definitely an exciting and fun toy to play with once it’s put together. The fact that it glows in the dark is an added bonus. We had a great time hiding under Arthur’s bed with the train and ghosts. Another 5/5 inventive and imaginative original LEGO play-set that owes a lot to the Universal Monsters of the 1950s, but that’s no bad thing.
