We Sing POP!

Review by Hag and Con

Out now on Nintendo Wii (Pegi 12) Hag 5 Stars/ Con 4 Stars

Parent View:
Easily the best ‘We sing’ game release for the average family/family party. I’m a fan of the past ‘We Sing’ releases – but they do tend to cater for one audience at a time ‘Rock fans’, Young Teenz etc. This ‘We Sing’ is very much in line with releases such as ‘Sing Star’ with a great mix of songs to choose from – Kidz, Teenz, Parents and grand parents will enjoy this game.

‘We Sing! Pop’ has a Pegi 12 rating meaning it should be played by Kidz over 12 years old. The games makers have spend time re-editing the video’s and changing lyrics to sensor the content so I think the Pegi 12 is a little over cautious in my opinion. This content is now tamer than it is on MTV. Hag loves this game – but Con finds it a bit frustrating as he wants to read the words and play, but can’t fully. They both do a mean ‘Written in the stars’ by Tinie Tempah though.
