The ‘Harry Potter Wizards collection’ is the perfect celebration of one of the worlds greatest book and film franchises. Hag is actually in love with the box set and loves watching the extras with the box fully opened beside him.
At between £177.99 and £195.99 (Dependant on the retailer) – the set appears to be quite expensive, but in reality its actually very good value for money. There are 8 separate box sets inside with each set consisting of between 3 and 4 discs (At £195.99 that works out at £24.50 per set and you get a beautifully crafted Harry Potter Gift box).
There’s an incredible amount of ‘Making of ‘ content for fans to work there way through plus the downloadable and 3D versions of the movies (3D discs – Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2 only).
Hag seems to be focusing more on watching the movies, deleted scenes and trailers as he works through the 31 discs.
For me I’m loving the new ‘Creating the World of Harry Potter’ documentaries – in particular, I love part 1 and 2 with how the boys always have punch at one another playfully when the Director shouts ‘Cut’. That’s pretty much how it is at Kidzcoolit HQ.
(I’m a little sad the ‘Peeves’ footage with Rik Mayall isn’t included though)
Highly Recommended – and worth every penny. Something like this will always hold its value and become very collectible for the future.
The Harry Potter Wizard’s Collection is released on 10th September from Warner Home Video, we’ve got three new behind the scenes clips available from the 37 hours of special features included in the box set.
