Fred The Movie is not really for adults. While there has been a trend in recent years to make family films work on two levels, allowing grown up’s to get fun out of the films with gags and situations that go over the heads of the younger members of the family, this film is aimed squarely at its core demographic of pre and early teens. Its target audience, as my daughter did, will enjoy this film.
