Many young ‘tweens’ will be desperate to see this movie at the cinema, so check the BBFC website for content details before taking them. Mean Girls is rated 12A meaning youngsters under 12 years old are able to watch the film at the cinema, as long as they have a guardian ages 18 Years+ with them. The ‘Saucier’ moments are no worse than what’s seen or heard in Grease. Much of what’s said will probably go over many youngsters heads too. Mean Girls is destined to be one of the big hits of 2024 and a must see for this year. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish – Highly Recommended!!!
