We predicted these electric Scooters will be one of the must own toys for Xmas 2013 and based on the reaction from parents asking about Hag’s new ‘Zinc Twisted’ when he’s zooming around – I’m pretty certain we’re spot on. Bizarrely this toy never made it into the Dream Toys top 11 – which really surprises me along with the Kurio again. Kidz love gadgets like these and a toys like the ‘Twisted’ and ‘Kurio’ makes them feel a little closer to the Independence of adulthood.

Hag’s 9 years old – and the perfect age to start playing with an electric scooters. I would recommend having a few weeks training period in a safe area before full use on pavements alongside roads or pedestrians. It does take some practice to master – but much like driving a car once you’ve mastered it your safe to ride. Encourage lots of scooting action – not because it needs it – because it helps them to gain control and keep at a nice safe speed. When ready for use in public areas make sure your Kidz always stop the engine a good distance from crossing any roads or people in the same area.

Also parents worried their Kidz don’t get enough exorcise already without adding a ‘engine’ to their scooter. You still need to do enough scooting action to kick start the electric aspect (as seen in the videos).

……and if that’s not enough when they’re at school I highly recommend using it to pop up the shop or the post box. Its so much fun and much cheaper than using the car. Highly Recommended – one on the must own toys for Xmas for both boys and girls!!!!

This is a lovely scooter with a fab gimmick – Kidz with love the sparking break. As a Parent its great that it packs away so easily – its so convenient. Con loves his new scooter and Kidz are always interested on the magic of the spark as he races around the park. Fab stuff for scooter fans!!!
